Sahar Asadollahi Asl Zarkhah is a PhD candidate in the Section of Urban Design of the Department of Urbanism at TU Delft.
Her doctoral research is focusing on the understanding of public space in its numerous forms. It explores how thinking beyond the dichotomies of public-private as well as exterior-interior influences the liveability and social interaction in urban daily life. Her main interests include public space, public & urban interior, environmental psychology, and socio-cultural studies in architecture.
She holds the degree of Architect from PNU University Alborz (Iran), and a master’s degree in Interior Architecture from Yasar University Izmir (Turkey).
She worked as an architect with various companies and as an assistance (TA/RA) with Yasar University.
